Muskogee elementary teacher arrested for child abuse in Cherokee County
CHEROKEE COUNTY, Okla. (KTUL) -- A Muskogee teacher is facing charges for child abuse.
According to the Cherokee County Detention Center, Daniel Watson was arrested last week. The jail released no additional information about the arrest.
According to the court clerk's office, official charges have yet to be filed.
Muskogee Public Schools Superintendent Mike Garde confirms Watson teaches kindergarten through sixth grade at Irving Elementary.
