An arrest warrant for kidnapping was issued for Schivers, according to Undersheriff Rhett Burnett with the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office.
"Our number one concern, at all times, is the welfare of the kids," Burnett said.
It is thought the youngest child might be in danger and anyone who sees the couple, the children or vehicle was urged to call 911. Burnett said don't do anything to alert the couple, saying just let law enforcement deal with it.
