Okmulgee County deputy arrested for assault and battery, robbery
TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) —
An Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office chief deputy is out on bond after being arrest on complaints of conjoint robbery and aggravated assault and battery.
Robert Wayne Heath, 30, was booked into the Tulsa County Jail at 8:15 p.m. Thursday and was released on a $27,000 bond at 9:04 p.m.
