Police: 3 armed robbery suspects arrested Friday night
TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) —
Three suspects were arrested Friday night after multiple armed robberies in east Tulsa.
TPD officers were dispatched to an armed robbery at an ATM near South Memorial Drive and East Admiral Place. According to police, one suspect put a gun to the head of the victim and took the money she had received from the ATM.
Witnesses reported seeing the getaway vehicle leave the area, police say.
Around 7 p.m., officers received another report of a similar robbery at a bank near East 31st Street and Highway 169. When responding to the call, police saw the suspects casing another bank near South Garnett Road.
The suspects were arrested in the intersection of East 41st Street and South Garnett Road.
Brandon Rogers ran from the car but was captured after a short chase on foot. He had the pistol that was used in the robberies in his pocket, police say.
Devin Blackfeet and a juvenile were arrested from the car.
Loot from the robberies, marijuana and another stolen pistol were discovered in the getaway vehicle.
The suspects were arrested for two counts of armed robbery and firearm charges.
