Tulsa police have arrested a woman they say is connected to a shooting at a south Tulsa apartment complex earlier this week.

Cynthia Brown, 22, was arrested outside a residence near Admiral and Lewis after someone submitted a tip on her whereabouts through Crime Stoppers, according to police. Police say they believe Brown shot a man after an argument at the Savanna Landing apartment complex near 61st and Peoria early Tuesday morning. The victim's ex-wife, who police say was with Brown at the time of the shooting, turned herself in and was later released.

The shooting victim is expected to be OK.

Brown is expected to be charged with shooting with intent to kill, according to police.
