The Tulsa Police Department has taken to social media to ask for the community's help in solving recent crimes throughout east and south Tulsa neighborhoods.

The department says they are aware of the many reports over the past few days about suspicios activity, attempted burglaries, potentially armed suspects and other criminal activity in those neighborhoods.

Officers are working all hours of the day and night, as well as dedicating a lot of resources to address this problem over the next few days.

The Mingo Valley Division will be leading the operation, but cannot be successful without the other Tulsa Police units and other law enforcement agencies.

Police are asking for you help too. They say they've received a lot of helpful information from residents, but the more information they get, the quicker it will be to solve these cases.
