TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) —
Tulsa Police were engaged in a chase after a victim reported his truck was stolen Monday morning.
The victim reported to police that the vehicle had a GPS tracker, so police were able to catch up with the vehicle near Highway 169 and Interstate 44.
Police say the suspect, 27-year-old Justin Goldsberry, drove for several miles without stopping.
According to police, the driver continued westbound on I-44 and exited on Lewis when the vehicle ran out of gas on the overpass.
The suspect was taken into custody at the scene.
Goldsberry is facing charges for one count of eluding officers, one count of possession of a stolen vehicle and driving under suspension, according to police.
