Police issue murder warrant for man wanted in connection with September double shooting

Police have issued a murder warrant for a Tulsa man in connection with a double shooting in September.

Robert Nataski Cowan, 20, is wanted for first-degree murder in connection with the murder of 38-year-old Walter Hogan. Police say Hogan and a woman were shot at a north Tulsa convenience store Sept. 15.

Hogan was shot several times in the chest and pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say Cowan also goes by "Lul Robbie." He is 6 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. His last known address was at the Red Fox Apartments near 16th and Memorial, according to police.

Cowan will face several additional charges in connection with the shooting.
