Crawford County crews in Arkansas are responding to reports of several people trapped in their homes after a tornado blew through Mountainburg Friday.

The Crawford County Department of Emergency Management has activated search and rescue for the area.

Anna Latawiec captured must-see video of the tornado that hit Crawford County, trapping people in their cars as it blew through.

Emergency Management asks that people stay off Highway 71 from Interstate 49 exit to Chester due to debris and rescue efforts.

The National Weather Service survey team has rated the tornado as an EF-2 with maximum winds of 110-120 mph.
