Tulsa Co. deputies arrest 2 after standoff at home where 3 were killed in Easter shooting

Deputies say they responded Tuesday to a reported burglary at a home near 61st Street North and Frankfort Avenue. (KTUL)

The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office says they have two suspects in custody after a standoff with the burglary suspects in north Tulsa Tuesday.

Deputies say they responded to a reported burglary at a home near 61st Street North and Frankfort Avenue. Two people are in custody, Willie Lott, 44, and Dunniven Phelps, 44, according to the sheriff's office.

A special operations team aided the sheriff's office in the standoff.

The home is the same one at which three people were shot and killed Sunday. Deputies say 45-year-old Eric Widger Sr. shot and killed his wife and daughter and shot his 18-year-old son in the leg before turning the gun on himself.

The suspects were believed to be armed because there were a "plethora" of firearms in the home when deputies investigated the murders over the weekend.
