Sheriff's Office: Escaped inmate could be headed to Muskogee County
OKMULGEE, Okla. (KTUL) —
The Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office says an inmate who escaped custody Tuesday could be headed to a town in Muskogee County.
Skipper Eugene Rowland, 35, could be headed to Warner, where he is originally from, the sheriff's office says. Rowland escaped custody escaped a transport van along U.S. 266 near Highway 52 east of Dewar.
Deputies are looking for a red 1999 F-350 pickup stolen out a barn near where Rowland escaped. The vehicle has Oklahoma tag 743-JNF.
Rowland should be considered armed and dangerous. If you see him, call 911 or the Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office at 918-756-4311.
