TFD conducts high angle rescue training
TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) —
This isn't something you see every day.
The Tulsa Fire Department and Oklahoma Task Force one conducted high angle rescue training Tuesday morning. Members of the two teams practiced rescuing someone from an accident in which a vehicle is on a steep grade, such as a river embankment, cliff or bridge, according to the fire department.
The car used in the training was suspended from a drill tower to make the training more realistic.
