TFD puts out fire in Cherry Street building
TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) —
The Tulsa Fire Department is investigating after a fire broke out in a Cherry Street building Thursday morning.
Crews responded around 6:45 a.m. to a report of smoke in a building near 15th and Trenton. Firefighters say they saw black smoke coming from the building when they arrived.
The flames appeared to start inside an office building, according to the fire department. The flames started to spread to the attic but were quickly contained.
It's not clear how badly the flames damaged the building. Neighboring office spaces and buildings were damaged by smoke.
No one was hurt in the fire.
