TPD: Woman found shot at Woodland Hills Mall ruled a suicide
TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) —
Tulsa police say the death of a woman who was found shot in the parking lot at Woodland Hills Mall Feb. 1 has been ruled a suicide.
Sergeant Dave Walker said the investigation revealed that Samantha Barlow printed off several pictures, purchased stamps and an envelope at Walmart shortly before her death. Investigators linked her to an inmate incarcerated at the Pittsburgh County Jail and discovered a note from Barlow indicating her intent to take her own life.
Police say the evidence they have points to a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
