Tree falls on Pryor home during storms; damage reported across parts of Green Country

Overnight storms knocked a tree into a house in Pryor (KTUL).

Homeowners across parts of Green Country have some cleanup to do this morning.

Overnight storms rolled through northeastern Oklahoma, knocking down trees and limbs, power lines and more.

Downed power lines in Sand Springs started a small fire.

In Pryor, a tree fell onto a home. Neighbors said they heard the crash and immediately went to check on the woman and her son who lives there.

They said the woman who lives there got out safely and stayed at a friend's house for the night.

The landlord owns her house and the house where the tree is located in the backyard. He told residents he will start the cleanup process on Friday.

Tents were also knocked over at G Fest in Muskogee, injuring multiple people.
