Tulsa police recover stolen vehicles, parts during search of north Tulsa home
TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) —
Police say they've recovered stolen property while executing a search warrant in north Tulsa.
The department's special operations team and auto theft detectives served a search warrant around 7 a.m. on North Richmond Avenue near Pine and Yale, according to police. Detectives had been looking into this specific home for about a month.
Police say the home looks like a chop shop. Investigators have recovered stolen vehicles and various vehicle parts. A lot of the vehicles and parts have the VIN numbers worn off, so police say they will have to look into who owns the stolen items.
Officers found two men and a woman in the house when they served the search warrant, according to police.
