Tulsa police vehicle involved in crash
TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) —
A Tulsa Police Department vehicle has been involved in an accident with another car.
Just before 4:30 p.m. officers and EMSA were called to an area near West Edison Street and North Rosedale Ave on reports that there was a crash with a TPD vehicle.
Officers say the patrol car was on the way to a non-emergency call when they were traveling on West Edison when a car drove out onto North Rosedale Ave. The vehicle and the patrol car hit each other.
EMSA was called to the scene for the woman who was driving the other car involved. She was transported for a possible broken leg. The officer was not harmed.
Police say the woman was also cited for the accident.
