Report: Joe Mixon to enter the NFL Draft
ESPN reports that University of Oklahoma running back Joe Mixon has informed Bob Stoops and the Sooners that he plans on entering the NFL Draft.
Mixon accounted for 1,812 yards this season - 1,274 rushing yards with 10 touchdowns, and 538 receiving yards with five touchdowns.
Many had questioned Mixon's draftability, after video was made public his encounter with Amelia Molitor back in 2014. Mixon broke four bones in Molitor's face when he punched her following an altercation.
The University's athletic department has yet to confirm that news that Mixon is leaving for the NFL.
The 2017 NFL Draft will be held April 27-29 in Philadelphia.
