Triple Chocolate Cookies

From the OSUIT School of Culinary Arts...

Use this recipe with any substitutions for the chocolate chips to create a number of gooey and decadent chocolate cookies. Options can include dried cherries, peppermint candies, pecans, even candied bacon!

Ingredients:

1/3 cup Unsalted butter

1 cup Chocolate Chips

1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 Egg

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 ¾ cup All-Purpose Flour

½ cup Cocoa Powder

1 tsp Baking Soda

1/3 cup White Chocolate Chips (or substitute)

1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips (or substitute)

Directions:

Melt the 1/3 cup of chocolate with the butter in the microwave and place in a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Add each ingredient one at a time until just incorporated. Scrape the bowl and be sure not to overmix. Scoop onto a parchment lined baking sheet using a 3 ½ oz. scoop. Bake at 325 F for 8 minutes, turning the pan halfway through baking. Let cool completely on the pan.
