Severe storm chances for parts of Oklahoma Tuesday
There is a slight risk for severe storms this afternoon and evening across central and parts of eastern Oklahoma. The highest threat for severe weather will be along the Oklahoma and Kansas border and near the Ponca City area.
Damaging winds and large hail with isolated tornadoes will be possible.
Showers and storms will try to evolve into a line and move our way later this evening. A few storms may remain near severe limits as they get closer to the metro region. However, a general weakening trend is expected as the evening progresses.
Another round of severe storms will be possible Thursday afternoon and evening for all of eastern Oklahoma.
