Storms Likely Monday
After a hot and humid Sunday, a change in the weather pattern will lead to a good chance for showers and thunderstorms for much of next week.
A pattern more typical of early June will setup across the Central United States on Monday, which will bring us some much needed rain.
Typically, in this type of pattern, we normally see a bulk of the rain and thunderstorms during the overnight hours, with most of the day remaining dry.
Early data is pointing towards the potential for much of the state to pick up between 1"-2" of rain before a dry weather pattern returns the following weekend.
