From Meteorologist Molly McCollum:
Mostly Sunny, Windy, Hot
Wind: S 15-20, gusts to 25
Wind: S 10-15, gusts to 20
Wednesday will be another hot, humid, windy day with afternoon highs in the low 90s and heat indices in the triple digits. Expect a breezy evening with temperatures only falling into the 80s after sunset. A few sprinkles are possible on Thursday especially west and northwest Green Country but most of us will stay dry and hot. Heat index values will once again be in the triple digits on Thursday.
We will be stuck in a muggy, summer-like pattern through the weekend.
Next week a strong cold front looks to move in by Monday-Tuesday bringing cooler, less humid air as well as rain chances.
