Local radio station KVOO turns a Tulsa doughnut shop into a drive-through wedding chapel for Valentine's Day.

The station's VOO Crew with Rowdy Sunny and Carly went live Thursday morning, with their "Drive Thru I Do" special.

They were set up inside the Krispy Kreme store near 71st and Highway 169 in Tulsa.

The offer was simple: come with your marriage license and be married in under 20 seconds. A KVOO engineer and ordained pastor was on hand to make the legal unions and perform ceremonial vow renewals in honor of Valentine's Day.

The station's promotion included the chance to win a $500 jewelry store gift card and reception complete with doughnuts.

Brian Foley and Kelsey Hurst were one of the couples who came to get hitched. They've been engaged for two years and together for almost four total. The pair said they had no real plans made for a ceremony.

Kelsey heard about KVOO's promotion on Tuesday. She sent him a text about the idea and he loved it. She got the wedding license brought her groom-to-be to the restaurant around 6:30am Thursday.

"The parents think it weird," Brian said, but added "It's better than a Vegas wedding."

KVOO's show lasted until 10:00am. By 9:00, the station had helped marry 7 couples and renewed the vows of a married couple.
