SEE INSIDE: Iconic 'Brady Bunch House' lands on the market for $5.5 million

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (KOKH) — HGTV has listed the legendary "Brady Bunch House" for $5.5 million.

The house of the fictional television family, with its instantly recognizable exterior, is located at 11222 Dilling Street in North Hollywood, California.

As part of its A Very Brady Renovation series, HGTV transformed the home into a replica of the original set from the Brady Bunch television series.

HGTV invested $1.9 million and added 2,000 square feet to the property's original, footprint, including a full second story.

The home features a floating staircase like the one seen in the series, a burnt orange and avocado green kitchen, the kids' Jack-n-Jill bathroom, and a backyard with a swing set, a teeter-totter, and Tiger's Dog House.

HGTV plans to use a portion of the proceeds from the sale of the home to help provide up to 250,000 meals for Turn Up! Fight Hunger, an initiative that helps kids living with hunger in the U.S. through No Kid Hungry.

According to the home's Zillow listing, the property is reportedly the second most photographed home in the country after the White House.
