Leslie Osborn: Republican
OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) —
Leslie Osborn is seeking to be the Republican candidate for Oklahoma labor commissioner.
She became an Oklahoma state representative in 2008 and has been a small business owner for more than 22 years. Osborn was the first Republican female chairman of the House Appropriations and Budget Committee before being fired when she "publicly contradicted party leadership about program and service cuts at the Department of Human Services".
She believes in a trained and educated workforce.
Osborn will face off against Cathy Costello in the Primary run-off Aug. 28.
