2-year-old drowns in pond at Tulsa park, deputies say

TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office said a 2-year-old girl has drowned in a pond at O'Brien Park.

Deputies said the toddler was attending a family gathering when parents lost track of her.

Witnesses said the girl's father was the one who find her and pull her from the pond.

When deputies arrived on scene, they began CPR until medics arrived. She was pronounced dead at the hospital.
