Man hospitalized after altercation outside north Tulsa home
TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — Tulsa County deputies say a man is in the hospital after an altercation near West 56th Street North and North Osage Drive on Tuesday.
Officials were called to the scene around 10:45 a.m.
Witnesses told police that a man came to the victim's house and the two got into an altercation. At one point, the suspect got into his SUV and chased the victim in circles outside the house.
The victim fired multiple shots at the suspect at the suspect's vehicle. Deputies are unsure if the suspect was hit by gunfire before he drove away.
Deputies say the victim was taken to a nearby hospital and is currently in surgery. TCSO is unsure of his condition, but say he was stable.
Officials are unsure if the victim was physically assaulted or hit by the suspect's vehicle.
