Babysitter protects children during midtown house fire
TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) —
The Tulsa Fire Department responded a a house fire early Friday morning near 26th and Lewis.
Firefighters say the fire started under the floorboards of the home.
The babysitter's quick actions kept three children inside from getting hurt, according to TFD. They say the homeowners are away on vacation.
Everyone was asleep inside when the electrical fire started in the crawl space.
Investigators say the house suffered minor smoke damage.
No one was injured.
