Woman dead, man hospitalized after rollover crash on Highway 75

TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — Tulsa police say a woman is dead and a man is in the hospital after a rollover crash on Highway 75 near the 41st Street exit late Monday night.

Officers responded to the crash around 11:15 p.m.

Witnesses told police the car veered to the side of the road and hit the center median, causing it to roll.

The woman was thrown from the vehicle. She died at the scene.

The man was partially eject. Medics rushed him to a nearby hospital in serious condition, but he's expected to survive.

Police have not publicly identified the man and woman at this time.

Officers had the highway shut down for about five hours while they investigated, but have since reopened it.
