TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — The Rogers County Sheriff's Office arrested a man Thursday night after he allegedly held a woman hostage and used a shock collar on a child.
Deputies were alerted to the abuse by the woman's family.
When they arrived at the home just outside Collinsville, they arrested the suspect, identified as 24-year-old Gustus Pennington.
The sheriff's office said Pennington kidnapped the woman and held her hostage for three days. They said he tied a 3-year-old girl to a table and shocked her with a shock collar to keep the woman from running away.
Pennington was booked into the Rogers County Jail and is facing charges of child abuse, kidnapping and drug charges.
