Officers were dispatched to the Belmont Apartments at 11300 E 23rd St in east Tulsa just after 2 a.m. after a report of a self-inflicted shooting.

Police say when they arrived, they found an underage female victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The girl was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
