Docs: Beggs mom 'sorry' for shooting children, planned to kill self

A mother accused of shooting her three children and killing one expressed regret and said she intended to turn the gun on herself, according to court documents.

Amy Hall said she was "so sorry" for killing her son Kayson Toliver, 18. and trying to kill her two teen daughters.

Hall also told investigators that she thought by killing the children, part of her thought she would be "saving" them from her ex-husband.

Per an affidavit from Okmulgee County, Kayson was shot in the head while he was sleeping in bed while another teen was in the room.

Hall then entered the bedroom of her 16-year-old daughter and shot her in the head as well.

Documents state Hall shot at her 14-year-old, but missed.

The 14-year-old daughter then took the gun from Hall.
