TULSA - Everyone has heard the saying a dog is a man's best friend. In this case, it was true.
On Sunday, Jan. 30, Creed was found at the intersection of Admiral and Sheridan, standing over a deceased dog.
A good samaritan named Issac witnessed Creed being hit by two cars all the while he was protecting the other dog. Creed suffered a pelvic fracture and a broken tail bone.
"His angel named Isaac scooped him up last night after seeing not one but two cars hit him as he was standing over his friend who was deceased," Kelly Brown with Animal Aid of Tulsa said.
According to Animal Aid of Tulsa, they still have not found the owner.
"This dog definitely for sure has an owner," Brown said. "Somewhere. I feel it. I would love to be able to find the owner."
Animal Aid of Tulsa will accept donations as Creed's medical expenses could cost up to $500.
