TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — Oklahoma State University said an entire chapter house is being quarantined after 23 sorority sisters tested positive for COVID-19.

Officials were alerted Friday night and immediately put the house in quarantine, prohibiting anyone from leaving the facility, which is located off-campus in Stillwater.

One member of the sorority who tested positive does not live in the house and will also be quarantined.

OSU and the Payne County Health Department are monitoring the situation. Contact tracing is also being done to further protect students and staff on campus.

Officials said a third-party contractor has been brought in to disinfect the facility and will continue to do so after the two-week quarantine period.
