Police say a suspect is in custody in connection with a deadly shooting in north Tulsa earlier this week.

Rarue "Coe" Caddy, 36, was arrested Thursday on a first-degree murder complaint, according to Tulsa police. He's accused of shooting and killing 27-year-old Kenneth Hardrict at a home near Osage Drive and 46th Street North.

A witness who knew Caddy by his street name "Coe" told police that Caddy ambushed Hardrict in the driveway of the home. Investigators say the witness helped them track down Caddy, who was eventually arrested at Utica Square Thursday afternoon.

Caddy is being held without bond.
