Langston Hughes Academy stripped of accreditation after Oklahoma Board of Education vote
TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) —
Tulsa's Langston Hughes Academy for Arts and Technology will lose its state accreditation by the end of the school year.
The Oklahoma Board of Education voted Thursday to remove the academy's accreditation and create a team to handle the transfer of students to Tulsa Public Schools.
There have been multiple complaints against the arts and technology charter school.
