Man fatally shot after kicking in door to ex-girlfriend's apartment, Tulsa police say

TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) – A man was shot and killed after kicking in the door to his ex-girlfriend's apartment overnight, Tulsa police said.
The ex-boyfriend, 21-year-old Christian Holdman, was armed and went after the current woman’s boyfriend in the apartment on East 12th Street, police said. The current boyfriend shot Holdman, police said.
The current boyfriend was questioned by police and released, pending further investigation.
Police said the woman had recently filed a protective order against Holdman.
