Man found dead of gunshot wound in Henryetta house fire
HENRYETTA, Okla. (KTUL) —
First responders in Henryetta found a man dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound Saturday.
According to the Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office, emergency personnel were dispatched to a house fire in the 24000 block of Wilson Road in Henryetta.
Upon arrival, OCSO deputies found one adult male dead inside the home of an apparent gunshot wound.
The investigation is ongoing; however, law enforcement officials say foul play is not suspected in the man's death.
The man's identity has not yet been released.
The Oklahoma State Fire Marshall's Office has been requested to assist in the investigation.
