Tulsa police are looking for a suspect after a man was robbed at gunpoint Sunday near East 11th Street and South Garnett.

Police say the victim was getting in his car in the 12400 block of East 11th Street at around 2:30 p.m. Sunday when a man approached him with a gun.

The gunman held the victim at gunpoint, sticking a pistol into his back, and demanded money.

The man got away with the victim's wallet and left the area in an unknown direction driving a yellow late model Kia Soul.

The suspect is described as a white male with a beard who approximately 35 to 40 years old.

The armed robbery was the second robbery in the area Sunday.

Police say a group of armed men robbed a band while they were sitting inside their tour bus near East 21st Street and South Garnett Road, less than a mile away, earlier Sunday morning.
