Three people are wanted in connection with the shooting death of Walter Hogan, 38, from Sept.

There are several others facing different charges related to the case, as well, according to police.

The murder took place around 3 a.m. on Sept. 15 at Haney's Super Trip near East 36th Street North and North Peoria Avenue.

Police say Hogan and a woman were shot after a fight broke out at the store. The woman was in critical condition after the incident but has recovered.

First-Degree murder charges and arrest warrants were issued for Breanna Bell, 19; Robert Cowan, 20; and Bryin Willis, Jr., 20.

According to police, several of the females got into an argument at the store. The argument escalated when a male in the group punched Cowan.

Police say words were exchanged, and Willis had a gun and shot in the direction of Hogan, which resulted in his death.

Willis was arrested by the Tulsa Warrants Unit and is in custody as of Tuesday night, police say.

After an investigation, police learned that the three suspects arrived at the store in a Hyundai Elantra that was stolen by Doneka Brown, 25. They say the stolen Elantra was passed around to several people, including Adalis Nears, 17, and Reunique Reed, until it was recovered Sept. 19.

Anyone with information on this murder or the whereabouts of the suspects is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (918) 596-2677, the Homicide Tip Line at (918) 798-8477 or to email
