OHP: Pedestrian killed in Okfuskee County crash
OKFUSKEE COUNTY, Okla. (KTUL) —
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly crash involving a pedestrian in Okfuskee County.
It happened around 9:30 p.m. on Highway 40 near mile marker 220. Troopers say a semi struck a pedestrian who was standing in the middle of the roadway.
The pedestrian, 31-year-old James Owens of Oklahoma City, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Troopers are investigating what led to the crash.
