The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is assisting the Delaware County Sheriff's Office after a deadly shooting near Colcord.

DCSO says the shooting scene traveled from one home to a neighboring home on County Road 670, south of Highway 20.

Investigators say Waylon and Willie Russell entered the home of Dinh Van Hoang where he was shot and killed.

OSBI says the two men left Hoang’s home and later fired shots at Robbie Kirby’s vehicle.

They say Kirby was struck multiple times and was transported to a Tulsa hospital in stable condition.

Deputies took Waylon and Willie Russell into custody and they're accused of first-degree murder and shooting with intent to kill.
