TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — Police say they're investigating after a person was found dead near downtown Tulsa.
Officers responded around 12:15 p.m. to a reported body found on the north bank of the Arkansas River near Highway 75. The body of a middle-aged male was found on the rocks below the pedestrian trail long Riverside Drive.
Police say it's not clear how the person died, but it doesn't appear that they fell from the bridge.
Police say they're investigating the situation as an unattended death and the medical examiner will determine the cause.
