Police identify 5 murder victims from Sunday, Monday in Tulsa

Police said the murders could have been connected to an Irish mob gang. (KTUL)

TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) -- Tulsa police have identified the five victims who were killed over the weekend within a 48-hour period.

Early Sunday morning, police say 25-year-old Curtis Hergenrother, also known as Corbin Tyler, was shot to death when someone knocked on his apartment door in south Tulsa. Cory Kuebler has been arrested for the murder.

On Sunday evening, a relative reported finding 34-year-old Lana Ellsbury and 41-year-old Dustin Grisham shot to death at a home near 31st and Garnett. Police believe their bodies had been there for hours before being found.

On Monday morning, police say 34-year-old Marlow Barnes, also known as Marlow Alexander, was found shot to death in his front yard in north Tulsa.

Then on Monday evening, 21-year-old Mohammed Tareq was found dead in a sleeping bag at a south Tulsa apartment. Police have arrested Jakhai Adams for Tareq's shooting.
