Tulsa police are investigating a homicide that happened near 91st and Yale.

According to officers, a man called 911 around 12:30 p.m. saying he shot his fianceé.

TPD arrived at the scene to find the man sitting on the back porch of a home and a woman was found dead in the front room of the home from a gunshot wound.

The suspect, Gregory Trombley, 53, was taken into custody, questioned by detectives and arrested on a complaint of first-degree murder.

The 60-year-old victim has not been identified but police say she is the ex-girlfriend of Trombley.

Investigators say they don't have a clear motive on what led to the shooting and neither the suspect or the victim have a history of any criminal history activity.

They did recovery a revolver from the home.

Police also say the victim and the suspect were not currently living together and had separated sometime prior to the shooting.
