UPDATE: Officers have identified the victim as 59-year-old James Kinnard.
Investigators learned Kinnard and the suspect got into an argument. During the confrontation, the suspect fired a shot into the house.
Kinnard was hit in the chest.
His son witnessed the shooting and called 911 for help.
Detectives say they have several strong leads in the case and anticipate a development in the near future.

UPDATE: Police say a man in his 50s was shot and killed in north Tulsa just before 11 a.m.
It happened at a house near North Kenosha and East 53rd Street North.
Police say a father and his son were doing construction on a house with another person when an argument ensued.
The argument escalated until the victim was shot and killed. The suspect then ran off.
Tulsa police are searching for the suspect.
The son was not injured.
