Police looking for 2 men who robbed, shot at woman in midtown
TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) —
Police say they're looking for two suspects after an overnight armed robbery in midtown.
Officers responded around 1 a.m. to a home near 21st and Harvard after a woman reported the armed robbery. She told police she had just gotten home with her boyfriend when two men ran up on her while she was sitting in her vehicle.
One of the suspects, a man known as "Demon," pointed a gun at the woman and demanded her money, according to police. Police say there was a struggle over the victim's purse, and the suspect busted out her passenger side window during the altercation.
As he was running away, police say the suspect fired a shot into the back window of the victim's car. The woman was not hit by the bullet.
Police say the suspects live at an apartment complex near 7th and Sheridan. "Demon" is an Indian or Hispanic male between 30 and 35 years old with tattoos all over his face, according to police. He's around 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 160-170 pounds. He was wearing a dark sweatshirt with a hood over his head.
The second suspect is a white man known as Jared, according to police. He's between 25 and 30 years old and also around 5 feet, 7 inches tall. He's around 160-170 pounds and was wearing a light colored shirt, according to police.
