Hooded suspect passes note to teller during east Tulsa bank robbery

TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) -- Police are investigating a bank robbery in east Tulsa.

The call came in just after 2 p.m. at Arvest Bank near 43rd and Garnett.

Investigators say a man wearing a hooded sweatshirt walked in and handed a note to a teller, demanding money. The suspect said he was armed but a weapon wasn't visible.

Police say the suspect left with an undisclosed amount of money but they aren't sure if he left in a vehicle or ran away.

No one was hurt during the robbery.
