Second suspect arrested in deadly shooting linked to Tulsa State Fair incident

A second person has been arrested in connection to a deadly shooting that happened after an incident at the Tulsa State Fair.

Tulsa Police confirm that 22-year-old Colby Glenn was arrested and faces first-degree murder and the use of a vehicle in the discharge of a firearm.

Police were called to the shooting just before 1 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6 on I-244 near Yale where they found a small gray SUV with broken windows and bullet holes.

Seven people were in the car and two had gunshot wounds.

One of the people inside the car told police they'd gotten into a fight while leaving the fair.

One of the people injured, Ja'Tycie Williams, 16, passed away.

Tulsa Police reported on Wednesday that 18-year-old Kyler Naely, was arrested for first-degree murder.

Glenn is the second person to be arrested in the case.
