Sinkhole in Tulsa estimated to be 20 feet deep

A big sinkhole was discovered Friday just off Charles Page Boulevard.

That area hadn’t been flooded, but a worker there noted the ground had been saturated from recent rains.

The sinkhole on Rosedale Avenue was estimated by the city to be 20 feet deep.

Meanwhile, Riverside Drive and River Parks remained closed Friday, as officials warned the area continues to be unstable, and sinkholes can and will form in the saturated areas.
